All About Asia only recommends western trained, English speaking dentists who we or our associates have personally used and whose services have been of a proven high standard.

Our Qualified dentists are located in the following areas in the Philippines:

Makati, Metro Manila - The real CBD of Manila, with offices, banks, embassies, many restaurants, cinemas & supermarkets. Makati has the highest concentration of the country’s finest department stores, fashion boutiques, exclusive jewellery shops, antique stores, shoe stores, bookstores, and most other commercial establishments.
Read the story by Michael Beatty, from RSPCA Brisbane who had treatment in 2007

Cebu City- Located south of Manila- second largest city in the Philippines. Has beach resorts 30 minutes from the city centre. modern shopping centres, Spanish history, and an International airport with daily flights from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong.

Angeles City - 2 hours by road north of Manila- Once home to the US Air Force with a vibrant entertainment district and new huge shopping mall recently opened. Most hotels here are budget priced. See the web site at http://www.smilemakeoverdental.net/

Why the Philippines? Although in Asia it has the distinct advantage of being the fourth largest English speaking country in the World. After 50 years colonization by the Americans you will also feel at home. The people are warm and friendly and historically you can experience the blended culture of Malay, Chinese and Spanish heritages.

What do I do? In between your dental and medical appointments you and your partner can visit the original Spanish built City of Manila with its old Spanish Architecture, Cathedrals and also see the 500 year old walled city of Intramuros or take one of the many day tours on offer from our Manila tours office. Visit All About Asia's"Things to do in Manila"

Where do I eat and shop? – There are restaurants of virtually every nationality at very inexpensive prices. Supermarkets are plentiful and inexpensive. Shopping prices in Manila are on a par or lower than other Asian countries, particularly clothing, as many designer brands are available at a fraction of the cost in Australia. There is a lot of value in shoes (remember Imelda Marcos) and other leather goods.

What do I need? First you need a passport valid for at least 6 months. No visa is required under 21 days and there are no special health requirements.

Quotes: Best to send us a quote and X rays from an Australian dental clinic so we can forward to our dentists and give a better estimate of costs and treatment duration.
